ElderLife Consultants is a unique blend of eldercare expertise utilizing private care managers and financial professionals to create a holistic approach in care planning. Our private care managers are unbiased professionals who specialize in assisting seniors and their families in the coordination of care. We conduct assessments to identify needs, arrange and monitor in-home services, and provide referrals to other professionals. We also assist with relocation and moving. Services range from short-time consultations to long-term, on-going care management in the absence of or in addition to family support. Our care managers have extensive knowledge about costs, quality and availability of services in the community. Services are chosen by the client and may include any of the following areas.
